The service here is always good and you can see that the workers are doing their best. The store manager Crystal is absolutely... awesome and a wonderful person. They do sometimes run out of things but they will always make it for you if you are willing towait. The sausage nuggets are sooo delicious. You can eat buckets of them. Read more
No classic pretzel after waiting 15 mins in line. This has happened too many times. Then they try to sell pretzel bites because... they're more expensive. The regular menu is hidden to the left of the cash register. Very unfriendly and bored high schoolersbehind the counter. Skip and go to Pretzelmaker upstairs.
