The location by Kay?s jewelers, the woman with the face piercing and glasses is so incredibly rude. She was speaking poorly of... me right in front of me while making my drink because I said hello, how are you doing twice bc she didn?t respond the first timeand I thought she didn?t hear me. How nasty of a person can you be to be upset I said hello before ordering? She needs to be inthe back making pretzels only and not dealing with customers. Bad attitude. Lost my appetite. Read more
Manager or whoever claimed she was manager was rude. Evidently regardless of mall opening they evidently don?t open until 12:30... even though online they say open. I guess they make up their own rules. Read more
I love Auntie Anne's and the cinnamon pretzel bites are to die for. But the employee that was taking my order I felt was very... rude. As I was trying to say my order the lady was taping her nail on the screen and I felt rushed. She didn't let me finish,cutting me off and giving me unseasoned pretzel bites. When I told her that's not what I wanted, she got annoyed and said theydidn't have any. Rude employees. Two girls who were completed rude, complained with one another that had to take my order (there wasn?t anyone... there) and even complained about my order, that everyone always ordered the same thing (like okay?) they were literally tellingeveryone to leave because they didn?t want to work. I was a little disappointed that they were out of regular pretzels pretty early on pretzel day. Seemed like they should?ve... prepared better. They weren?t unkind about it; they just directed me to the other location within the mall. Read more
