Food was good. The slob at the counter should go crawl back under the rock that he emerged from. The place needs cleaning.

This is my last time ever eating arbys there just getting more rediculous everytime i go there what used to cost me 11$ now cost... 15$ and my "large" drink is now smaller then what there mediums are supposed to be just a tiny bit larger then what used to besmall and there large fries are now the size of medium fries. You cant expect people to keep coming back if you keep chargingthem more and giving them less. Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal. I received the THICKEST, most inedible looking roast beef I?ve EVER seen from an... Arbys. It was a sloppy mess. I called the restaurant and tried to speak to the manager. I told him what I wrote above and hehung up on me. I?ve since called corporate and filed a report. Read more

I have been here before and had no issues. The girl working the front counter was very uninterested in her job or helping... anyone, no smiles nor conversation. Although the beef and cheddar sandwich was good my salad barely had anything in it.Considering the price and that I asked for extra tomato and onion I was surprised at the outcome. I love Arby?s and I frequent this one often, but this evening they were out of half of what I tried to order and the food I got... wasn?t fresh and clearly was sitting around for a while, for both my tenders and fries were quite dry. Very disappointing. Read more
