One of the best in town. And you get a free naan with each meal item. Their Nihari is really what?s the best about Apna Grill,... naam is fluffy and except goat items all chicken items are super delicious. The best thing about them is how fresh theirchicken, beef and goat is because they have their own slaughter house. I felt sick after eating here. Make sure you ask if your item is already there or it will take over an hour to receive your... food. We ordered a veg biryani and waited. After 50 minutes and seeing people who came after us, order, eat, and leave, I askedfor an update. At that time, I was told that there was no veg biryani and they were making it. This would have been useful toknow when we ordered. No one would have waited an hour for food. They asked for 10 more minutes and delivered a large tray offood. We asked for medium spice but I think they just use a hot sauce rather than spice. The rice was white with plainvegetables and a orange liquid drizzled throughout. Initially what seemed flavorless was causing me to tear up once I gotenough of the sauce. The yogurt they provided did very little to cut the heat. The price was good and the amount was good. Ordered chicken samosa and daal ghost. Both were very below average. Chicken samosa had no flavor but was fresh. Daal ghosth was... poor. Having had an amazing daal gosth in the Rana jis restaurant this was very average. I am yet to eat any dish at this placethat was fantastic. One of the best desi food in tampa. I would suggest you guys to try their Chapli kabab, Karahi, Tikka Masala, Tandoori chicken,... bihari boti. THEY HAVE great items and excellent customer service from sohaib, the front guy at the front try to be in touchwith him. I have seen few recent bad reviews in these last months, their chef was on vacations and last few months were tough,we stopped coming but now the chef is back and their food quality is as usual the great. I have tried their entire menu for almost a year, it's very diverse ; I wish they had more fish dishes . My favorite is beef... nihari, Chapli kebab and dal ghost. Their food is really good considering the price point, portion size, variation and location.But totally horrible customer service is undercutting their customer base. Having a smile and even asking " how are you doing"make a huge impact in customer experience. The younger associates are way better off, the older people who attend the registerthere are simply horrendous, most times downright offensive and snobby towards certain demographic. Beef Nihari was okay but Goat Biryani had strange smell. We end of throwing it. Owner needs serious cleaning of the oven for... Naans as all Naan were black from the bottom and we kept getting small rocks, grittiness in our teeth with each bite. Not apleasant enjoyable experience. Read more
