The pizza is amazing! However, yesterday I had a terrible customer service experience. I walked up to the counter, and I ordered... a 12? pizza. Then I asked if they actually have any smaller sized pizzas. (I knew I couldn?t finish a 12? pizza on my own.) Thewoman said that there?s a kid size if I want one. I said that sounds great, and I?d like that instead. The woman handed me thereceipt, which had both pizzas listed. It seemed like a simple, understandable communication error. I apologized, and I said Ijust wanted one pizza. The woman then raised her voice and tried to argue with me about my order. I again apologized for themiscommunication, and I said I really just want one pizza. She continued to argue with me, and she was clearly infuriated. Atthat point she was quite loud, and her manager came to take over. He said, ?I?m sorry. I don?t really know what?s going onhere.? Me neither, Mr. Manager. Me neither. Read more
