The pizza is amazing! However, yesterday I had a terrible customer service experience. I walked up to the counter, and I ordered... a 12? pizza. Then I asked if they actually have any smaller sized pizzas. (I knew I couldn?t finish a 12? pizza on my own.) Thewoman said that there?s a kid size if I want one. I said that sounds great, and I?d like that instead. The woman handed me thereceipt, which had both pizzas listed. It seemed like a simple, understandable communication error. I apologized, and I said Ijust wanted one pizza. The woman then raised her voice and tried to argue with me about my order. I again apologized for themiscommunication, and I said I really just want one pizza. She continued to argue with me, and she was clearly infuriated.
