Wrong ingredients on the subs ordered thru the app. That is two weeks in a row from this location. Olives where no olives... ordered. Spinach instead of lettuce. Four subs ordered each time with toasted artisan Italian bread. Only one sub had Italianbread and none were toasted. Additionally, none of the subs were identified by a number. So our group had to unwrap each other'ssub to find out what was in it. At other locations the subs are numbered for distribution. The manager at this location was sortof rude and said WE DON'T DO THAT. Well I am just going to order from another location. I don't need the attitude andincompetence at this location. Read more
Pretty terrible everytime we go. Apparently the hours of the store is whenever the employees feel like. Even though the hours... are very clear on the door and online. There is no consistency and when you do arrive an hour or so before closing, theemployees make it very clear how upset they are and make loud comments about how they were planning to leave. I have called 2hours before closing to make sure it was open and the employee at the time was very rude and simply stated ?the owner said wecan go because it has been slow for hours and I am legit walking our the door, so no you can?t come in? . I never seen anythinglike it before in a professional setting. It?s very disrespectful environment for no reason and I will let everyone know not tocome here and to not waste your time since the closing hours are whenever they feel like. This Subway is very clean and the staff are very nice and professional. I usually go there for my lunch break. I order through... the mobile app and my order is always ready on time and is correct. They have an awesome drink machine and its a nice place tosit and eat your sub. Read more
