This location is a joke. Google shows they close at 11pm during the week yet if you go there before 10pm or even a few minutes... after 10pm no one answers. They leave the menu board light on and tonight decided to put a hand written note on the speaker. Afew weeks ago a car ahead of me was at the window so I kept saying hello to get someone's attention and no one answered. Whenthe car ahead drove off I went to the window and they were trying to hide and a sat there and a kid looked up at me and mouthed"closed" and turned his back and went back to cleaning the floor. I hope this franchisee is aware this is happening because ofit were my location and my staff is closing earlier than they're supposed to I would have a serious problem with this. Read more
This was the worse experience ever. The same person that is cashing is also making the food. As expensive as McDonalds is now... look at what i got when i reached home. So disappointed. Read more
It seemed that they were out of everything! My caramel sundae was served in a small drink cup! My quarter pounder with cheese... was served with minced onions instead of shaved onions! When I questioned, they added the shaved onions on top of the mincedonions! Now, I have an onion sandwich instead of a quarter pounder. My fried were cooked and served well done for the 2nd time!The 1st fries were short (end of the bag), very crispy, and not fresh. When ai got the 2nd box, it wasnt any better. This is the worst McDonald's I have gone. In the last year, they have been different situations with them. They are very slow,... they close the lobby any time they want, the staff and the manager are unprofessional. Today, I had a bad experience whileordering ar the drive-thru. The lady taking the orders should not be working with people. That job is too much for her... Read more
Food was fresh did a curbside order no issues. They include all the sauces asked for and waited less than 5 minutes.
This is what a quarter pounder looks like????. I called the restaurant back not sure if it was the manager, but he told me... that?s how the sandwich is normally cooked, I asked with the meat so pink on the inside he said yes it?s still cooked it justlook like that. I normally do not give reviews on Fast Food Restaurants like McDonalds, KFC, Checkers etc. This is the only time ill give a... review. I decided not to cook today and saw the advertisement of the chicken sandwiches that McDonalds is promoting and went totry it. This was a total failure! The only Good thing about my encounter was the Excellent Customer Service that I received fromthe Drive Thru Cashier. This is not the first time that i have had an issue with this particular McDonalds, the last time was inJanuary i went to order a Moca Frappe and I had gotten a Moca Frappe watered down. But anyways i digressed, my Spicy ChickenSandwich looked like nothing that was advertised on television (now i know that my Sandwich is not going to look exactly likethe advertisement) smh, im going to let you judge for yourself. Honestly, shut it down or find better management that can hire competent people who are willing to work and have proper customer... service skills, what a job consists of. The employees here don't deserve more than $2 wage with the way they speak to people andserve food. Now, it's not the whole staff but a good majority of them. I stopped going to this location for good after realizingthe service and quality was so much better at the one on commercial blvd. They either forget something, don't follow ordersproperly, or are understaffed with unhappy employees. Also, the service can be very slow and close when they feel like it, notwhat Google says. I'd rather drive the extra five minutes to a better location for quicker, fresher quality and service. Theyrarely have good days here and not worth the less than 5 minute drive. Read more
