Needed 10 dozen for a wedding. Forgot to pre-order but, hey, its Krispy Kreme. They were ready and fresh. Love this place.
I went on Saturday 6/2/22 after 9am to purchase some donuts, I went to do an order though The drive-through no body was in... there, so I got i car and went to the door ( all lights were on ) went to open the door and it was locked... no body in thereand no sigh on the door saying they were close. Update: I got a call today on 6/5/22 from the manager, she inform me?. That ?they were there ? than she change her answer to? the person was probably in that bathroom and since the person was by herselfshe locks the door for a a while??. ? that she would look into it ? Honestly very unprofessional, i get we?re all humans weneed to use the bathroom but if that was the case with the employee, unless put a sign on the door informing the customer thatyou?ll be back. Just had to write a review this place is terrible. It?s poorly managed, has terrible customer service and long wait times. Shop... local support local businesses don?t worry about places like this. Arrived to order a few dozen for work and was told use thedrive thru after I exited my car and walked to the front door. Drove over to the drive thru went to place my Order total wasextremely higher than online prices, used a coupon saved $18 bucks. Go to pay hand over my credit card, hands over boxes ofdonuts. Oh no the credit card machine is down, do you have another form of payment no I don?t carry extra cash. Can we reset themachine and try again, no it?s been acting up a bit lately credit cards can?t be used. Ok can I order online and just do it thatway, yes but they won?t be ready right away. Ok fine hands donuts back says goodbye. Now I?m missing out in donuts all because acompany was poorly managed experiencing technical issues. Last week went to same Krispy and guess what poorly managed againwaited 16 mins for 1 dozen with no one in line.
