I?ve always ordered online here but today I decided to bring my family and eat here. The one star is for one person and it?s... Patricia. I?m from Tennessee so I know Racism when I see it. Got greeted with a have a seat and your waiter will be over theredidn?t want to hand us a menu or anything. After us was a couple of her skin color she gave them a menu and found them somewhereto sit. Took there, etc, and left us to wait. When our waiter came she took care of us despite her going through her battleswith Patricia keeping all the tables of her skin tone and still keeping hate in this environment. All it takes is moreWaitresses like Deloris, she went above and beyond and I was very pleased and made sure I tipped her great. I?ll be back onlyif I?m served by her. It was very busy on 11/5, our server was friendly, they ran out of glasses but she offered to bring our dri ks in a to go cup. I... ordered the Rise N Shine, eggs over easy, bacon crispy & hash brown potato. My eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon and hash brownswas crispy. My granddaughter ordered a new menu item, the avocado toast, she said it was delicious, wished she had asked for awedge of lemon or lime which she likes on her avocado. My daughter ordered the pumpkin pancakes but they ran out so she orderedthe French toast side of bacon she enjoyed her meal. The only down side was we sat near the order up counter what appeared to bea manager kept going the to-go orders wrong had to be corrected by a server. We will go back in the near future. Read more

I'm at this I. Hop and Kelly come up to take my order; while doing so, she's touching her hat and scratching her head. So as she... approached the kitchen, I asked if she would wash her hands before fixing my food! Her whole face Attitude!!! First of all,you're working with food; second, it's a safety hazard and not professional to not wash your hands. Umm, excuse me, you areworking with and around food. I arrived just before five on a weekday, and when I pulled in I was afraid they were closed (3 cars in parking lot). After I... walked in I was greeted by a really nice waiter, and sat right away. I ordered a steak omelet with a side of sausage links...mydrinks came out fast and not long behind came the food. Everything was really great...I had eaten here back in the day when Iworked overnight shift in the Hill, and it was good back then...but this was really tasty! The only thing that was normal wasthe orange juice, which tasted like Tropicana...so not bad. This is nowva breakfast stop for me again! Be safe all. Read more
Since arriving in Fort Lauderdale, Fla, from my last deployment in Dallas, Texas, I've been craving a vegetable omelette,... pancakes with a side of bacon. I leave the airport and on my way to my hotel room I come upon an International House of PancakesAKA IHOP. I drive into the parking lot off of commercial boulevard where there's ample parking. I enter the establishment andwalk up to the hostess where I'm immediately seated. I'm a little concerned because the single table where I'm seated is next toa booth about 1 ft away literally. But I figure that no one will be seated in the booth next to me.. due to the CDCrecommendations of social distancing. My wait person come over, a very lovely and professional Young lady. I basically spill outmy cravings and she delightfully takes my order. The restaurant is bustling but there's social distancing and plexiglassdividers in use between the booths. Now here is where IHOP lost a star.. has nothing to do with the quality of the food or thestress-free jovial experience. .. the waitress who had the booths next to me attempted to seat a family of three directly nextto me.. in that open Booth I mentioned earlier. Of course the family nor I approved of this attempt and the waitress couldreally care less (at least that was the perception I got from her attitude and body language), that there is still a pandemicgoing on and social distancing is highly encouraged through the CDC guidelines. At this point I continue to enjoy my breakfastof cravings and my jovial waitress, whom I've been awarded honorary boyfriend too... Beating out two of the local regulars whompromise to up their game in order to reclaim my current honorary position.. I would definitely go back for the IHOP experienceas a food was scrumptious, there was no wait, the price, quality and quantity of my food order....-and my wait person isfabulous! Stopped here on a whim on a trip through the Everglades to Tampa. Had a few to choose from but this one was first easiest... choice. Food was ready at the perfect second for a great seamless experience. Great portions, great quality. Awesomelocation. Unfortunately the ihop website does not request tips for online orders so I had to tip in cash. Even with no tipapplied to the initial order, my food was not compromised like it would be at some locations. I really had a great ihop takeoutexperience here. L Read more
