This location seems to be a little understaffed at times or has staff that is fairly new and unfamiliar with orders. The lines... can get quite long and there is no drive through however the only reason I give it 5 stars is because of who I believe to be thestore manager (he is always there when I go which is quite often) young black male usually at the register. He is always sohelpful to the other employees especially when you can tell they lack training, he is patient and gives them direction withoutbeing insulting or impatient being that he handles the bulk of he workload. He is always a step ahead and so courteous and readyto help and get your order correct and as fast as he is able too. This location is VERY lucky to have him otherwise the servicewould not be the same! The rest of the staff does not seem as motivated they're there for a job but they get it done. Bathrooms didn't have soap. We told the lady at the counter and she said, "Yes. Not working. We have no soap." Ookaay... pretty... sure that the health department would have something to day about that. "We have hand sanitizer." We used the last little spritzthey had left. Read more
