If you use the app this place is great! It's always packed, but the staff and service is efficient. They've done a decent job of... trying to organize the drive thru line, but save yourself the time by downloading the app, ordering ahead of time, and clickingthat "you're here" when you're about 2 minutes away. That way when you arrive, waltz inside and pick up your food. None time outof ten, it'll be ready for you. Read more
I don?t usually have an issue with this chic fil a but tonight ensured I would never come back again. After ordering for myself... and my family once I got home everyone else had their meal except me. A spicy chicken deluxe. Bring 9 months pregnant reallyirritated me and I had to settle for McDonald?s. My receipt even had the order so this was a matter of someone being lazy of notdouble checking their work, either way I suffered in the end. First of all, Joshua went above and beyond today. (7/12/22) He constantly checked on us, asked if we needed refills, asked if he... could take our trash. We were a party of two moms and 4 young kids together, as you can imagine that is hard enough. Joshua madeour experience dining in very pleasant. However, the manager (Hispanic male unknown name) did not check on us one time. He Didnot ask if we needed anything and the only time he spoke to us was to ask if we could keep our kids from standing up at thetable. Clearly, we were trying to keep our kids under control but kids are kids. This manager did nothing to help his staff getorders out. All I observed was him standing, looking at the order screen briefly, and then he spent his time sitting in a boothnear the restroom scrolling instagram on his phone. After we finished our food we ordered ice cream that took way too long tocome out. Here comes Joshua being helpful again trying to get the cook staff to get the order out. Then when the ice creamfinally comes we get one milkshake and two cups of ice water. We ordered two cups of ice cream not ice water. So again, Joshuatends to us and gets us the correct order. One kid even dropped their cup and Joshua was there to save the day with areplacement. Joshua should be the manager as he was running the entire show today. So thank you to Joshua for the great customerservice and zero thanks to a manager that was rude, distant, and not helpful to customers or supportive of his team. Read more
Ordered through door dash.. damn near ate all my sandwich to turn it over and find a roach fried into my sandwich. After... vomiting for 20 minutes, i went to the location and the manager treated it as if it was ?the norm? she quietly apologized andhanded me $20. She then proceeded to fill orders. IM DISGUSTED.
