To come to a coral springs voting site (due to this being thier precinct)... to go to work in Tamarac (butter flakes bakery and grill) to drive back to coral springs voting site and drop off some deliciousfood to all the election workers. Update: went back and got an fried chicken lunch special. A chopped thigh? Wow chicken is very cheap. A customer should at least... receive an leg quarter (leg and thigh) worth of meat. Also they still only have the cheapest sides, which is salad. Customerservice hasn?t improved, attitudes still bad; in my opinion. Update: 8/15/22 Place has somewhat gone downhill. Use to me apretty decent spot for a grab besides the stinginess with meat and gravy, the food has been awful lately the previous two timesI?ve been has been absolutely awful and I won?t be back. I don't write posts very often but had to after visiting this weekend. We had ackee and saltfish, calaloo and saltfish with... fried dumplings and ground provisions and a couple beef patties for the kids and we had no complains. Everything was cooked verywell. Normally we would wake up the next morning with stomach issues because of too much oil but we never did. Big up to thechef. See you on our next visit. Read more

As I am reading through the reviews online, I can honestly say that I am shocked, because I have shopped here (only on the... outside) on several occasions and have referred a lot of friends and family. While they have been on the inside, I have neverbeen and now a good amount of them (23) to be exact have indicated to me that they will no longer support this business and Ifeel very bad because I am the one who referred them. Including my cousin who drove 3 hours just to come and try out the foodand the business establishment, but instead of obtaining food from the truck outside they went inside with their family. Whilethe food is good, they do not mind paying the price for the food, their reason for discontinuing support of this business isbecause of the poor customer service approach and lack of customer centricity. In further review I see that several customershave mentioned the poor customer service approach, which indicates a need to foster a customer-oriented environment as customersare the main support of any business, especially this type of business. There is one review with a manager's response thatreally stood out to me and this is extremely sad that the manager missed an opportunity in identifying the true complaint andacknowledging it. The complaint and response is as follows: Complainant: T Rudd - While we were here to pick up food that somany rave about, the service from the young lady behind the counter was not very friendly AT ALL. We ordered this food for delivery and it is really out standing. We love it! The taste was great so were the portions for the... money we spent we will be ordering more food from here that is for sure.
