This store is ripping people off. Zevia soda is so outrageously over priced. $12.99 a 10 pack!!! This is $7.99 at every other... store! Their 6 pack is $7.99! Not even zevia charges that price online! You can get it delivered to your door for way less! I'min ohio, not New York. Definitely sticking with Market District or ordering online. When I asked to speak to a manager about itbecause I believe feedback from your customers is helpful but their employee Mark was so rude to me & even laughed sayingthey're not going to change the price for just you. That's not why I wanted to let the manager know, I was merely trying tobring it to their attention, however; he refused to go get me a manager & could've cared less about my concern. Customer servicegoes a long way, he was an older gentleman, he should have acted more professional. First time trying to shop at this store. Didn't realize that a card is required to purchase things. Tried scanning items,... register kicked back and did nothing. Attempted to scan again and got scream at like I was a child by the guy working the selfscans. Terrible customer service, employees shouldn't scream at someone who doesn't know what happening. Self scan personrefused to sign us up for a card as well, tried to send us to customer service, which had a line of 6 or 7 people. Won't becoming back if I can avoid it. Read more

Exceptionally rude employee at the check out. Told me not to touch my groceries until she was ready. When asking if the next... order was separate, I answered and she told me, ?I?m not talking to you!? It?s ridiculous that customers can?t useself-checkout unless they have a store card. I waited 20 min in line while two employees staffed the empty self checkoutregisters. Very inefficient! It took everything I had not to say something, but I chose to be a better example. Read more
Very Neat, quite and huge variety of options to chose. You will find everything here including bakery, pharmacy, liquor..etc. I... liked this place. Very decent and courteous staff. Read more
