The dine-in portion of the location was not open, so we did the drive thru.... As a first timer, I was surprised at the... extensive menu. Being from the west coast it was a cross between a Wing stop, Popeyes and Cane's. Supposedly they' re known fortheir Chicken tenders. I didn't find out till after. Oh well.. What I Ordered... Zaxby's Signature Sandwich meal about $10 Nota bad price Chicken Sandwich - 5/5 super juicy and huge, enough to share if your not a glut hahah Fries - 4/5 Seasonedwell Drink - Ice tea. plain tea, all good. I asked about the dine- in portion of the restaurant, the young lady said they wereextremely short staffed. Ok understandable. I explained it was my first time after I got my order so I asked about sauces..or anything else they are known for. They were nice enough to give me some of their popular sauces.. Final thoughts.. I enjoyedthe meal and would come back it was near, I wouldn't go out of my way for them. I prefer canes but both "secret sauces" tastesimilar. LOL Read more

Had a medical emergency there and the manager was out of this world with her help and kindness. ??????? I sure wish I knew her... name. Once the entourage of EMS/TFD/TPD left, she insisted my son and I come in to calm our nerves and even bought my son dinner(I offered but she insisted) since we had a drive home to Georgia. Make no mistake?these 5 stars only goes toward the friendly and courteous AND professional customer service I received from... Justice, not the food quality nor the actual drive thru lady that took my order. Justice was assisting the drive thru lady andalthough the actual drive thru worker should have not been on the window because she was dry and sounded so over it (I guess shewas frustrated with the soda machine) Justice took time to wipe my cup and secure the top of my drink because ?ole salty?didn?t. She even informed me that the delay in getting my drink would be just a few minutes. My fries were mainly hard and twoof my five piece traditional wings were fried too hard . So again, make no mistake 5 stars ONLY APPLIES to Justice exceptionalcustomer service. This should be applied to the N. Monroe St (Tallahassee) location.
