I dined in with my daughter who never had been there. I finally took her because I always thought Zaxby was over-rated. we... waited 25 to 30 min plus for our food. They seem to only want to cater to takeouts and door dash.... I would have got my moneyback but it seemed it would take longer to do that. It was of course busy, around 5ish. Did not give me my salad dressing. Did not give my wife salad dressing. Hopefully they give... better customer service to others. We came in last week for our meal and when the food came out it was not correct but we did not have the time to wait for... corrections. I was told to just leave contact information and it would be compensated on the next visit. When I returned todayJohn was very helpful and generous and the manager on duty was as well.
