Place was really nasty, roaches running on the counters and I showed manager the money taking off my card and she still refused... to give me my food. She even went to as far as giving me the email for Wingstop to talk to because she couldn?t do her job (LIZ)the shift manager was so not helpful in a very simple situation. And I will be calling corporate for such terrible service. Notto mention the water leaking from the pipes and puddles all over the floor with no wet floor sign to make customers aware. Read more
I eat here so often that I forget to leave a review, but this location is worth every penny! The manager and team here is always... working hard and friendly. I never have an issue with my order because the food is amazing, but when I notice other customersthat do have issues, again I have to give credit to the manager? he?s very kind and provides the type of service you don?t comeacross anymore. Oh my god, the service here, they're literally avoiding the counter, people lined up, some waiting over an hour, will definitely... not be coming to this location again. If I wasn't starving and hadn't paid yet, I would be out the door!!! Just wow!!! Customersgetting irrate! One asked a question, completely ignored while she's mumbling walking away but I will say the 2 women that areworking are overwhelmed and doing they're best...not sure where the original guy that helped me disappeared to and the one otherguy... They definitely need more employees. Door dash and Uber, some picking up several bags in a college town on a holiday,labor day. The two women were working like beasts. I don't know how they did it but they were getting it done, slow but steady.People coming in and complaining did not sit for an hour like I did and come to respect them by the end of my wait...I returnedmessages and played candy crush and watched a storm blow over. The wings were good although they don't come with a dip, it has to be purchased separately. The wait time is ridiculous I got... there at opening (11am) being the first customer and received my food @11:25 am, they prepared all the orders at the same timeinstead of in the order of purchase.. based on previous reviews this is a constant problem, and they must do better. Longer wait time but good food. Sometimes you have to decide is it worth the wait time. If you have your mind set On Wingstops... wings then you can?t fuss about waiting. They definitely have made it clear that you will have a wait time. Wasn?t disappointedit?s always pretty good. I did try the rolls and they definitely weren?t what I had in mind. Ordered online and it said it would take about 45 minutes. Arrived over an hour later, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes... while me and several other customers were ignored by the staff who would look at you and then just disappear into the back,before finally having to flag someone down only to find out they had missed my order completely, as well as several othercustomers, and it would be an additional 45 minute wait. Had to get a refund and went to another location. I'll never be back, Iwould avoid this location like the plague. There are plenty of Wingstops in Tallahassee. Read more
The place was dirty when we walked in, the woman at the front counter didnt speak to us till we asked if we could order. She... was so Rude, rushed us to order and wasnt helpful at all when we had a question about the menu! The wings we got were friedHARD and dry and almost no sauce were on the wings.
