Got blackened shrimp and pay extra for the sweet potato fries. Comes with tartar sauce but I always substitute with ranch... dressing wothout an issue. Also comes with hush puppies. I went here for lunch, and it did not disappoint. I had the grilled shrimp basket with green beans and smashed potatoes. The... shrimp and the smashed potatoes were both well-seasoned - neither too bland nor too spicy. The food was served hot, and seemedto stay hot throughout the meal. I even looked under the serving plate to see if there was a heated metal plate or something,but I didn't see one. Very nice. The decor is casual, as you would expect. We are visiting with family in Tallahassee FL. and decided to visit The Wharf for dinner. I had the Wharf Platter that includes... grilled shrimp, a grilled catfish fillet, grilled crab cake, hush puppies, and two sides. Wow what a platter of food and it wasall great tasting. You order and pay for your food before you sit down. When they served the food l thought would l be able toeat it all. That was no problem because it was so good! Imagine waiting 45+ mins for this? The grouper was pure garbage and they tell me I should have ordered an entree if I didn?t... like the portion. Listen, idc, this is a silly serving size.
