This might be the worst Wendy's location in Tallahassee. I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening (at around 7:00 PM) and... for some reason, the lobby was closed. The employees were only letting specific people go in and out (they looked like they werefriends of the employees, I'm not sure). Instead I decided to join the (long) drive-thru line which took over 20 minutes. Iordered a Frosty; they took my order but at the window they told me the machine had to "re-freeze" the product so they asked meto drive ahead and wait by the front door. I waited there well over 10 minutes and they finally bring it out. The frosty was allliquid! I couldn't get back into the lobby to show them this due to being closed. I knocked on the glass door a few times untilthey finally stepped out, that's when I show them the poor product they gave me. They told me to wait again for it. At thispoint I decided to just give it back and leave without it, as I had wasted upwards of 40 minutes for this bad experience.Wendy's corporate should definitely inspect this location. It is the second time in a row that I've had issues at thisrestaurant. Now I learned my lesson and I will definitely avoid this in the future. Read more
Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received here in the drive-thru. The person taking my order was impatient and... even sarcastic by the end. It was like pulling teeth when trying to place a simple order. Jaw-droppingly bad. Read more
The cashier refused to let me pay cash even after I told her that was illegal. Immediately afterwards, she let the lady behind... me pay cash. When I asked why, she very rudely asked me, ?why does it matter?? She also didn?t give me receipt. So who knows howmuch she charged me for- I guess I?ll find out at the end of the day. This is actually unacceptable. What if I didn?t have acard? I can?t believe this behavior is tolerated by management. Read more
Probably one of the most ridiculous establishments that I have ever been to. I think I?m going to get hired and on the schedule... there, just to collect a check and never work. Seems to be going great for the staff there now. 3 times, hours before closeeither 1. The system is down, sorry we can?t help you 2. We are out of everything 3. ????????????PLACE IS SUPER DIRTY???????????? Counter and food area is fill with flies and bugs. It's sad because staff is... super friendly and attentive. The gentleman said that it may be that the person at night did not clean. And the manager saidthat flies comes from everywhere by opening the door and the drive-through window. She was very polite and she said she calledsomeone already about the flies. As I was leaving she ordered someone to come back with a rag and cleaning supplies to clean thecounter. I'm just concern about health issues because flies and other bugs can contribute to illness specially if it's a foodplace. I hope the health department don't come through because they may shut down this location and it's the only one in northMonroe. South Monroe to the contrary is super clean all the time. I just happen to be in N. Monroe today but I normally go tothe S. Monroe location. All I hope is that they get on the cleaningness soon and of the problem. Is bugs, they should likeother fastfood restaurant which is lower the temperature in the restaurant because bugs hate a chill environment. Read more
