No one was at the speaker to order libe wrapped around the building so I drove up to the window, thinking they must not know... it's not working. I asked is yiur speaker working? The worker said I don't know where she is?? Yea then they wanted me to parkand come in to order. But, once I explained my condition they brought my order to the car. That's why they got 3 starts onlybecause she was nice enough to still take my order, and, Bring it to the curb. Read more
Waited in the drive-thru for 15 mins just to order (1 car ahead of me). Then we waited another 30 mins to get our food. Maybe... someone had a bad day, but that's no excuse for such long wait times. Read more
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING women's bathroom!!! I love Wendy's burgers, & their chocolate frosty is THE best ever. While traveling... through the area, I stopped by this particular Wendy's, in Tallahassee, Fl., to grab a bite to eat & to use the bathroom. Afterseeing the condition of the women's bathroom, I quickly exited the restaurant out of disgust. I wouldn't dare eat a bite of foodfrom any place that lacks obvious cleanliness. There were NO customers when I entered the restaurant & the employees werestanding around doing nothing. I hope someone reads this & takes notice. That's it!! Read more
For starters, the drive-thru line was NOT moving, presumably because the kitchen staff, who I witnessed once I parked to go... inside, was busy getting high in the parking lot. Inside, I waited 10 minutes for one person to order then, when the next guywas up, the man working the counter took a personal call and proceeded to argue with someone about personal money matters. I'msorry but that's really unacceptable. All I wanted were some Frostys - fast food is generally gross - but I went to the locationdown the road on Capital circle and received much better service. There was lots of people walking around in the back but it took us maybe 20 minutes to order an we was the only ones in the... store. The food took about 15 minutes. An our oder was still wrong ,So to say it was fast food well maybe if they were packedbut they wasn't. Read more
This place was a hot mess! Took FOREVER to take our order inside. Line backed up through the restaurant. Drinks filled over the... rim and were spilling out the top all over the counter. They kept getting peoples orders wrong in the drive thru so those peoplewere coming inside complaining, holding up the inside line. We stopped on our way through on vacation. Wont stop again on theway back home that's for sure. They did surprisingly get my order correct that's the only reason they get 2 stars. Read more
Burger and nuggets were not that good. I did enjoy the fries though. The bathrooms were terrible. The reason for the higher... review was the young lady that served us from behind the counter. She was friendly and lively and seemed to be able to have aconversation with anyone. While we waited for our food we even saw that she was calling some of the regulars by their firstname. Parking lot is not big enough to turn around with a camper. Read more
I?ve never had a good experience here. The workers will literally leave you waiting in drive through while they attend to... personal matters and often not even acknowledge you. We?ve pulled away a few times and saw employees casually chatting.Definitely won?t waste anymore of our time even stopping here. Read more
