Unprofessional!! I went through the drive through and they drenched my sub in Mayo & it was soggy when and when I called to see... if they can remake it they told me they would! But when I get back there they told me I couldn?t. The lady at the window told meit?s not her problem!! And told me that if she does remake it I had to pay an additional $5. DONT GO HERE!! Read more
Pre ordered on app and sandwich was not ready, thought that pre ordering would be quicker, it's not. I am not sure but I think... there was only two piece of turkey and two pieces bacon on the whole foot long. Very disappointed. Would not suggest thislocation. Read more
I went to Subway on N. Magnolia St. this morning here in Tallahassee the website said they open up at 9 AM I got to the store at... 10:05 AM the store sign says 8:30 AM but no one was there but me Mauc they?re almost 3/4 of a mile just to be disappointed Ireally wanted a sub for lunch so I had to turn around and walk back three-quarter mile no sub in my hand thanks a lot guys Read more
Ordered through the app for the Woodville hwy, Tallahassee FL ocation on May 28th and was called by Shawna from the store right... after placing the order telling me they decided to close early, my food would not be made and my order refunded/voided. Herewe are over a month later and I still have not received a refund for $20.95 despite several attempts at contacting the customercare line that the employees at the store insist is the only way to be refunded. No response has been received from anyone fromthis franchise or corporate as they seem fine with committing theft/fraud because of a situation that they caused CustomerService is obviously non existent as a customer should not have these issues when the problem is caused by the store. I knowthis store isn't the one referenced. I will keep posting 1 star reviews of Subways until contacted by Subway corporate or thefranchisee. Go complain to them if you don't like this review as until then all Subways are 1 star establishments. Read more
Mobile orders are a hassle here - we have been told our order was cancelled while still clearly pulled up and open, sandwiches... are never toasted properly (if at all), forget having your melt pressed because you?re getting it barely toasted if you?relucky. Also, expect them to take forever. I will say, their staff is super friendly most of the time. Go in with mediocreexpectations for your overall experience and you won?t likely be disappointed. Went to this location for lunch today. I had a coupon and they wouldn't except it. The lady, who looks Indian, said no... locations in Tallahassee are accepting them. I called her out and said that was not true. I just used one at magnolia as wellas plenty other customers. And I used one at the location on north monroe street. She tried to blame it on the owner as thereason. I went ahead and paid for my 6 in sub without the coupon. Next thing I witnessed while sitting in my parked car, thesame lady came out the store in a hurry to stop this lady, in a white bmx suv before she pulled off. The lady handed her thebag drove back in and parked her truck. The subway worker then came back out a few minutes after and handed her another bag. Iassumed she initially handed her the wrong item. But this appears to be cross contimination. Not only that, that lady in thewhite bmx truck may have opened the bag. I don't think any food establishment is allowed or should be doing that with food. I'mcontacting the health department and dept of agriculture. I'm giving them a three because the black girl was real nice whenmaking my sandwich and the sub was good. Read more
The sub is okaaay it definitely could put more of the ingredients in the sub the meat it have a scoop to major the amount but... the fresh stuff don't and i had other subway where they make the sub look like the advertising pictures other than that it was afriendly service and quick Read more
