Im tired of my coffee being the color of milk. When I as for light cream, that means "light on the cream" not "put the normal... amount of cream in anyways". Y'all need to listen to your customers. Read more
This is the closest Starbucks from my work. The Summer's are the quietest, otherwise there is generally a good student crowd... most of the time. The coffee is great as usual. There are breakfast options and also in-store Starbucks merchandise. Seatingarrangement are adequate, with option of indoor and outdoor. Free WiFi. Good place to grab a drink and keep working on yourproject. Read more
Got a large ( grande ) coffee flavored coffee, service was good, standard SB experience.
This is possibly the worste Starbucks I've been too. There's an abnormally high numbers of employees that are under trained and... the amount of traffic that comes though this store is very high given its location. The only reason I go to this Starbucks isbecause it's absurdly convenient. However, every time I order here it is like a game of Russian roulette. There's been timesI've ordered lattes and been given hot chocolate (with the correct order written directly on the cup). I've ordered machiattosand been given some kind of peppermint thing. I've left this Starbucks in fits of annoyed rage from the lack of competency ofthe employees more times than I can count at this point. I only recommend this location if you're studying/working in the area.If you can pass by another Starbucks or other coffee shop on your route I recommend doing that instead. Avoid if possible. This Starbucks isn?t associated completely with the Starbucks Franchise. You can?t pay with the app and you can?t collect stars.... The size of their espresso shots are much smaller than other Starbucks, so getting a caramel macchiato, when mixed, looks thecolor of almond milk. When adding an extra shot, it?s still not the same color as the normal macchiatos from other free-standingbranches. I have been at FSU for 7 years and their coffee has been consistently made like this that entire time. Baristas arenice and good atmosphere but can?t get over how stingy they are with their coffee, the owners/management need to fix theirportions. Read more
