They could be a little friendlier. I mean, I am paying $5 on average for coffee that is always late. Went to get napkins and... none were stoked, asked about sandwiches available and was given a rushed list as if I was being an inconvenience. this is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. every time I come here the kids are like on their phones or talking. I... watched the only two employees making drinks while it was extremely busy spend ten minutes trying to figure out how to make astrawberry smoothie. even when there is only a couple people on either side of the line it still takes 15-20 minutes to recievemy order. I ordered a frappe and it was just like milk there was barely any ice, it was also a much lighter color than usual. Iorder this drink frequently and I honestly don't mind the wait if the drink is made correctly. it seems like these employeesrecieve almost no training. I have worked in food service before and I understand that it can be stressful, but there was noline when I walked up to the counter and there was only one other person in the other line. it still took 20 minutes. i'm noteven exaggerating. Every time I come here I order an almond milk latte but over half the time they tell me they don't have almond milk. It seems to... depend on the cashier and one in particular is lazy and incompetent. She'll tell me they don't have it even though they just hadit the day before. Once they didn't have it for an entire week and when I asked her when they would have it again she literallyresponded "when we have time to go to storage." I worked with Seminole Dining on campus and where I worked we would go getsomething we were out of right away. It shouldn't take an entire week or longer to do so. It comes down to the laziness of theemployees. And if it's an issue with the truck the obvious and simple solution is to ORDER MORE. As it is I'm paying $.60 moreevery time for soy milk which isn't even what I want. Hopefully when Aramark gets out of FSU the new company will improve thissubpar Starbucks. Read more
Doesn't have access to promotions, which sucks, but it's about as good as a school-owned coffee shop can get. As always, I'm not... a fan of their prices, but that's up to corporate. Read more
