Luke had to remake my coffee because another employee left something out. He smiled and said no problem, immediately making me a... new coffee. It was Halloween, so while my husband and I were taking the kids trick-or-treating like most or perhaps heading to aparty instead, Luke said he had to study all night for his exam the next morning (molecular physics or something super crazyhard like that). Other impressed customers started to join the conversation too. Just remember, Luke or someone else like himmay be making your coffee today, but tomorrow they might cure cancer, make a flying car, or just may save the world. Luke mademy day, despite needing a new coffee made. I may not agree with Starbuck's views, but I am grateful they hired such a wonderfulperson who makes the business better. They had the line backed up like 12 cars while they were all chatting in a group inside. I walked in to make my order because... the line wasn't moving. I ordered one tall ribbon crunch Frappuccino and it took almost 20 minutes to get it the girls workingthe drive thru line were holding a conversation and making everyone wait in the drive thru while they already had so many ordersready just sitting by the register. My drink was mostly whipped cream barely any coffee the one on north Monroe and Fred Georgeis way better and much faster.. I'm totally disappointed ???? paid almost $6 for whipped cream ???? Good Service here, Friendly staff. As with all Starbucks overpriced and over rated. Very crowed with Long wait. So... Average in... the Starbucks franchise. If you like Starbucks, you'll be satisfied here. Read more
it?s truly remarkable that before 8 AM on a Saturday they are out of literally every single thing. All breakfast sandwiches... besides one, no pumpkin cream, no mobile ordering. I?m not sure who the manager is or who?s placing orders at this location butsomeone is not doing their job. Not only was I unable to get what I wanted mobile ordering was turned off again at 8 o?clock inthe morning on a Saturday. I think you guys need some serious supervision and advice on how to run your location. Your not evenon the busy side of town! Read more
If there was an option to give no stars, I would. I am not rating the quality of the product at Starbucks seeing as how I never... received any product. Why? The automobile in front of me in the Drive Thru was busy taste testing multiple coffees. While Iunderstand that you want to order what you like, go inside if you are going to do that and do not allow it in the Drive Thru. This is not a Starbucks Sampling Event. People have places to be, hence, the *typical* accessibility of a Drive Thru. I couldhear the Barista being as kind as she could be to the person in front of me but the long line of car piling up behind me wasobscene. No one thought this to be an issue? I eventually left after waiting for so long and moving nowhere. Meanwhile, I canonly assume the Samplers are still there and the line has now reached to Jacksonville. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks on Tallahassee. Multiple times, ppl have failed to announce my name when my order is ready at all,... or don't say it loudly in a store full of people & me order has just sat and sat. Then, they place food items openly on acounter for any and everyone to pick through others' food. Disgusting. I understand this location has mostly college students,but the customer service is horrible. There is a tall young man with dark hair and glasses, and an older lady with a scar on herarm who are the only people operating as expected here. Nothing here is ever ready in a timely manner & they are always out ofeverything. Never going to this location again/a revamp is needed. We made it there in the nick of time! Just passing through on our way from South Alabama to Orlando and plugged @Starbucks into... the GPS. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing time! The guys were super friendly and did a great job preparing our drinks.So many times employees are eager to close up shop and get home (understandably). However, everything was yummy and refreshing.Thank you for making the rest of our trip even better! Read more
11/11/22- Poor customer service, I stood at the register waiting for someone to acknowledge me & that never happened. Mind you... 3 workers looked me in the face. I called back & spoke with the shift supervisor & she says sorry we?re under staffed but yeah.What an apology. Read more
