These people at this location are so rude and have no idea how to handle a rush so they throw your drink on the counter and... never say your name then try to give you water down ice coffees or Luke warm hot coffee.. the other locations are out of my wayso I officially quit starbucks Dunkin Donuts can get my business. Service at this location has been lacking.. placed an app order which said it would take 5-10 minutes... Waiting about 20... minutes in the Drive thru and still the order wasn't ready at the window. The quality of the drinks for the price has changedover the years. Read more
Starbucks Partner from out of town here, I was greeted the moment I walked and made to feel super welcome. Each barista I saw... was attentive and nice. It was a bit warm in the store though and I hope for the baristas sake that they get someair-conditioning help. They are really upholding the Starbucks experience. Well-done! Read more
Luke, Elijah, and Emily are the BEST and FRIENDLIEST baristas I have ever met. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to - I have... been going here for years. Emily always suggests the best drinks and I have seen her handle difficult customers and coworkerswith a smile. Luke is such a kind person and always appears to be calm and collected despite how crazy it is. Elijah is also acollected individual who never fails to make me laugh. Their vibes are what Starbucks imagined for itself when it opened allthose years ago. One negative thing I have noticed in the mornings is their coworker (not sure of his name could be Cody orColton, he rarely has a name tag on) he seems to always be standing around on his phone or stretching while in the food preparea as everyone else runs around in circles to tend to the customer. The main issue I have with this is that when he isstretching he holds his foot to do so, the same foot that?s on the dirty floor, with the same hand that?s going to touchsomeone?s food or drink before delivering it to them. I have seen him do this multiple times and not once have I ever seen himwash his hands afterwards. It?s not a good look for the store to have an employee that not only does nothing, which is extremelyapparent when it?s busy in the mornings and everyone else seems to be on a mission and he is just standing there stretching andsinging and on his phone without a priority in sight, but also one that touches his dirty shoes before handling customersproducts. Starbucks on Magnolia is what every Starbucks should aspire to be! The staff is consistently friendly and aim to please, which... is no longer the norm at other locations. They always have a drink sample created by their baristas and showcase it on thecheerful board. This Starbucks goes above and beyond. It is not in my neighborhood but I often go out of my way to purchase mylatte here. Read more

I don?t ever typically have something to say about a Starbucks, I tend to go there regularly throughout the week when I am in my... hometown and never truly have an issue. However, today had to be my least favourite experience. I understand they have rushes inthe morning given the fact that they?re a large coffee chain. However, staff was short with their attitude, incorrectly put inmy drink as a grande when I repeatedly asked for a venti, and when I got my drink more than half of it was the sweet cream coldfoam I ordered on top of my chai tea latte. I cannot justify paying 6 dollars for a medium latte that is 75% blended dairy, andnot 75% chai. Again, I?m very understanding of the fact that they were busy, but a normal morning rush does not excuse thecarelessness from employees. Read more
