This food truck has no concept of preparation or customer service. They ran out of food an hour before their booked service was... scheduled to end. They also let customers wait in line without disclosing this fact until they reached the front of the line.There are several other food trucks in town that keep their promised time and offer better deals for events. This company reached out to me at the end of last month regarding an event my company had coming up that we needed a food truck... for. He said he would be more than happy to help us out. A few days went by and every time I reached out to him to confirm hewould not respond to me, after initially confirming that he could do the event for us. Then today 9 days before the event hefinally responded to let me know that he cannot do it after all because he forgot that he already had another event scheduled.Such bad business!! If he would just let me know sooner or responded to even one of my attempts to confirm with him prior to theweek before the event it wouldn't have been so bad.
