The food was horrible. It was obviously sitting under a heat lamp because my pasta was CRUSTY. The manager then came up with an... excuse as to how that couldn’t have happened: they were “busy”. There were MAYBE 10 tables filled at the very most. Nevergot a discount on our meals. All of our meals were crusty and they didn’t do much to fix it. They never even offered a dessertmenu, they were just quick to rush us out since we were unhappy with our food. Manager didn’t so much as even take a drink orsomething off the check. Horrible service, horrible professionalism, and probably won’t be coming back. It was a horribleexperience and it honestly ruined my entire night. It was supposed to be a nice dinner out because my knee is broken and I’mhaving surgery tomorrow, so I wanted to have a nice meal, but it was ruined. ordered a steak & dessert to go for myself for a slow & relaxed thanksgiving. i only waited about 20 minutes after arriving for... my food, even though they said a half hour minimum, & everyone was polite & helpful even though they were obviously super busy.really friendly staff despite the flow of customers coming in ?? Ordered online today at 5:30, for pick up @ 7. At 7:20 still no food, so went inside. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 with no onions. Both... had onions. Very little meat, maybe 1/4" thick & cold, & it was $12!! I had to microwave the meat to heat it up. The cheese wasnot even melted on the cold burger. Ruby Relaxer cocktail was ordered, but was not included my order. Horrible!!! I woulddiscourage going to Ruby Tuesday. Read more
I have never had a bad dining experience at Ruby Tuesday. The food is always fresh and tastes great, but the salad bar is the... absolute best! It doesn't matter if you live nearby or a distance from Ruby, make the drive- trust me, your pallette and pocket will thank you. Read more
The food was great. The chicken was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I asked for... modifications on my meal and they left off the sauce. So...all in all a good visit. Read more
UPDATE: Lost 2 stars. I will certainly come back. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but look at the pictures. I... raved about the salad bar last time. It was horrendous tonight. Many items needed to be refilled. Several were cross -contaminated. Strange things floating in other containers. Just a general mess and apparently management is okay with this.yuk! OLD POST (was 4 stars): Been here with coworkers twice in the last two weeks for lunch. Still one of the best salad barsin town. Clean, great selection, very fresh. Great value. Must be struggling like a lot of places to hire servers. Service wasso-so. A few mistakes. Slow on drink refills, but obvious a new server so not quite 5 stars but still really good. Read more
Jamal was our server and he was good. He had a friendly demeanor and seemed cheerful. The food was flavorful and came out hot!... The salad bar was good. It seemed to need a little attention but I'm happy they still have it! The only negative was that hedidn't refill our drinks at all during our meal. Read more
It's like stepping back to 1992. I didn't even know this was still in business. I got the salad bar and it was just like I... remember. For an app I got the chips and spinach dip. Funny to rave over chips but they were so light and crispy. If you haven'tbeen in years like me, take some time and visit. I don't think you will be disappointed Read more
