Legitimately the rudest and most disrespectful group of workers I have ever witnessed. A customer comes in to pay for his food... from the drive through via tap to pay, and before he gets in the door the crew is making fun of him. Once he enters and pays,they non-chalantly drop the bag of food on the counter. He takes his food and leaves, only to come back stating that the orderwasn't right. The lady behind the counter says, "that ain't what you said. Gimme the sandwich". Customer places the sandwich onthe counter and the worker,, who refuses to make eye contact with him, says "you can put it in my hand". She says thisrepeatedly until he does so and storms off into the back. The manager stood there the entire time watching this happen and didnothing. They showed nothing but blatant disrespect for everyone that came into the restaurant. I would take your moneyelsewhere. Read more
Ordered 3 2pc big boxes today around 1 pm for $6 each. Get home and find they only gave me 2 big boxes. This has happened often... at this location. Very frustrating to pay for 3 and only get 2. Read more
Placed an online order at 8:46pm for a 14 piece family with 2 large sides..... Instead I get three small containers of what... looks like old Mac and cheese and a partially filled rice and beans. I knew this location closed at 10pm but wasn't expectingsuch a let down of food. Will definitely avoid this location for future orders. Read more
I have always been treated well. The only time I had to avoid it was during the sandwich madness time. There's a long line for... a reason. My food is always hot and good. Read more
I don't remember the chickrn strips and a side of beans and rice costing 15.00+$. The chicken was tougher than the dry French... fries. The menu was missing the menu sheets in the drive through. I wold not recommend going here unless you want old dry foodand to overpay too. Read more
The location is absolute garbage. The staff doesn?t care about their jobs. Apparently they are out of everything and when they... do have something, they give you the wrong thing. I was stuck in the drive through line for 25 minutes yesterday because theywere out of their chicken sandwich and I couldn?t escape while the car in front of me waited 10 minutes (no, they didn?t havethem pull up and park so I could escape) for food, get it all handed out and then handed it all back after reviewing the orderand then waiting 10 minutes for a refund. So the car in front of me, myself, and 2 cars behind me all left with no food anddissatisfied. They might as well close this location to protect their reputation. Read more
Some of the rudest and unkind people you'll ever want to meet. Went there for lunch and was terribly mistreated to the point... that I did not even get any food I had to just walk out because they would not serve me. Read more
Enjoyed my meal. Have option of spicy or regular fried chicken. Good service.
