Pizza was pretty bland, and the service left a lot to be desired. Was told by ignorant staff I had to wait in line behind 20... patrons placing new orders in the store when my online order was already paid for and ready to go. They're very polite pizza was warm when I got it give you the best deal I can for a veterans and I think that other than that... the distance is out of town and basically I'm on the other side of town but she said it's going to be another Pizza Hut openingup here in Capital circle shortly I know November so it'll be easier to get close to it maybe I can have something delivered tome all right bless Read more

One of the worst businesses in Tallahassee. Charged my wife and I twice for a pizza bc they ran out of mushrooms. When we... couldn't get our money refunded for being charged twice, we reached out to the corporate office. Didn't get much help, all theyoffered was five dollar credit for a pizza we were charged 18.50 online and 16.00 for in the store. Why would you remove a pizzaoff an order already paid for online and then charge us again for the same pizza minus mushrooms??? Scam scam scam. Read more
Terrible service! I ordered a half bbq beef brisket pizza and other half pepperoni on the phone for pick up. They said they had... both toppings and so I ordered and went to get it, I had to pay first and then looked at the pizza and it was sausage. I askedfor the right topping or a refund and they provided me with neither. Read more
There were hardly any toppings on the pizza. The garlic sauce is nasty. And Pizza Hut is way too pricey. I will not be... returning. The staff put the call in customer's on hold and went to the back and goofed off. Customer service was awful. Read more
Every one is out of main ingredient lately. I wanted the meat pizza, they was out of Italian sausage. I was told the three... toppings was just as good( not so). Customer service was great. Pizza was good, but the crust was a little too thin. The wings were good but I will more than likely order bone in, next time.
