My wife and I always look for local Pho restaurants. We can usually find one no matter what town we visit in the US. Pho is... like chicken soup, every family has their own special recipe. The pho at Pho Me came with the usual accoutrements Asian basil,mung bean sprouts, sliced hit peppers and lime. Sirachi and Hoisin sauce was on the table. The soup came out hot. It was quitetasty. This is the BEST pho in all of Tallahassee! Not only is the food great but the owners are amazing! The portions are great (I... usually get 2 meals) and really warms you up! I?ve been pretty sick lately and I?ve ordered 4 days in a row. The first day theowners daughter drew me a get well picture on my to-go box. The 3rd day I switched things up and let the owner choose my broth!The 4th day I added mushrooms and they added bok choy so I would get some veggies! Every time I have been in the restaurant orcalled to order they have been so kind. They even know me by name now. Tucked into the back of an old strip center you can tell this place has been in business for a while. The spring rolls were... good and the Dac Biet was a good portion. They have a food challenge for those that can put away the grub: Pho Me Pho KingChallenge is 2 lbs of noodles, 1 lb of protein, and 120 oz of broth. Get'er done son! Read more

Update: Reducing one star less due to the quality of the food, cleanliness of the bowls & silverware that?s being served. Need... to keep these most important things clean and neat all the time. ????? Great Phó place. The price you pay for the quantity isexcellent. The Phó Beef Noodle soup (choice of meat) is the popular one. Bún Bò Hué - Spicy Beef Noodle Soup also tastesgreat. The customer service was extremely nice. I would like to come again to this place.
