I have tried to like this location since they moved but I can?t. I decided not to order today because once again for the past... several weeks they are either out of chips, tomatoes, bread or cheese. You?re asked to ?customize? when they are out of aningredient they should have. My last order, was steak and cheese. We couldn?t order the Mediterranean bowl nor toasted FrontegaChicken because all the ingredients were not available. When we opened the wraps for the steak and cheese, we thought theyforgot the steak and cheese because we couldn?t see it. We were given so little steak, it looked like it was just bread. Ihave never had a sandwich we?re you can?t see the meat and cheese. We tasted mostly bread when we ate the sandwiches. Also, weordered a cheese pizza. The cheese and crust was brown on the top from being overly cooked. Over $30 wasted. Don?t even knowwhy we thought about chancing it again today. This is the worst Panera Bread in town. We ordered four meals and all four were wrong. It was very late and almost no one in the store so if the person preparing the... food took the item to read the order, they would have been able to read the notes, add in?s, or just get the order right. Therewas no salad dressing on either salad, one salad bowl half full and missing three ingredients plus salad dressing, lettuce andtomato missing from sandwiches and a Baja bowl has almost nothing on the rice mixture. When I went to ask for the correct items,I was met with eye rolls and huffs. Even after it was ?fixed?, it still wasn?t right. If they can?t get it right when no one wasthere, imagine it busy. The only good thing was the young cashier boy was very pleasant and hard working to substitute itemsthat were out of stock and make suggestions. Overall tots let down for a brand new store. Very noisy. The cashier had a difficult time hearing us and got one of our drinks wrong. They offered to remake it but I hate... waste so I just drank what they gave me. On top of all the voices, there was something in that back that made a high pitchsound that would go off occasionally. Food was good. I just don't see myself dining inside there anymore. I've always had a very great experience at Panera Bread! I've been a regular visitor for about 6 months or more and always had... a great experience. If there has ever been anything that might have went wrong was my fault as that I ordered the wrong kind ofpizza. But they remade the pizza with no reservations and offered to remake it before I asked them to. Read more
Love the drive thru. Looks like a hotel lobby, very nice looking. Workers are great. Chairs are very comfy, nice lighting. 10/10
Hit or miss on the Rapid pickup speed and completeness if the order. Past three visits one or more of the self serve coffee... types needs a refill and I've had to ask. Staff seems busy and is helpful. Food quality is on par for the company. Read more
Visits- 08/27, 08 /29, 08/31, 09/01&09/02 I visit Panera Bread more frequently in recent times because of their food tastes... good, fresh, rapid pickup and friendliness. I tried broccoli cheddar soup, Mediterranean veggie sandwich, spicy chicken withfried pickles sandwich, and almost all lemonades. Strawberry mint lemonade is my favourite. I like almost all soups but Thaisoup is my favourite. Unfortunately they are out of that almost everyday. I ordered twice this week from the app. They are notgiving drinks with the order until you ask them. I would recommend to check your order before leaving the restaurant. OrderedTomato soup, Thai soup, chips, Fuji apple cranberry with guarana and caffeine, and strawberry lemon mint with guarana withcaffeine. Soups tastes delicious, hot and fresh. This is the worst panera location in town. The soups are way too liquidity compared the better locations and it just tastes like... they are cutting costs to help finance the new location. The Blair Stone location was way better than that. Who wants to pay $5for just a cup of broth? Read more
