Love the Boba Thai tea. Best in the city. Tried a couple other places. They are still the best. Both locations.

The shrimp wasn't de-veined and my other bowl the tuna was a very pale pink to grayish color. Overall pretty sad with my dinner... :( Read more

Dennis He H was very rude and disrespectful. He told us we weren?t welcome and called me stupid. He said I need to learn how to... do math and I do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the workers who served my wife and I was rude and kept giving us little scoops of whatever we asked for. And whenever we... asked for more, he would try to make us feel by asking questions like ?is that not enough for you??. And as he was ringing upour food, he kept adding on random additional charges that we had to argue about in order for them to be removed. The one on college town is way better. The person serving us gave us barely any of the toppings. It seemed like he was purposely... giving us less. And the worst part was he barely put any sauce on so it was dry and had no flavor. I get the same thing everytime at Natural Kitchen but at college town it tastes way better because they actually put enough sauce on. Read more

I've never felt the need to write a review before, but this time is different. The service was poor. The employee we spoke to... didn't say a word the entire transaction. Only after she made our Boba she spoke and said, "Did you want Boba?" which we toldher we wanted when taking our order initially. After saying yes, she took the drinks back and then didn't seal the drinksproperly the second time, causing them to spill. I also had to grab the straws from behind the counter because she walked awaywithout giving them to us. Overall, poor experience. Read more
