Amazing breakfast, the place has the feel of a church basement, not in a bad way. I love the food and the people.
Was visiting Tallahassee for a job function and searched google for black owned businesses. Visited here and had the... chitterlings and let me say they did not disappoint. Went to Ms. Dees by recommendation from a client. The food was amazing! The sweet tea was the best I ever had and the meatloaf... and sides were awesome! If you're missing New Times Buffet then this is the place for you. My friends said the fried chickenwas out of this world as well. I LOVED this place. I also felt like in grandma?s kitchen. The food smelled delicious and tasted even better!! I ordered the... fish sandwich and was very satisfied. Very fresh and tender, they cook it upon you ordering it. Portion was HUGE! My wifeordered another fish sandwich and my kid also loved it. The Mac and cheese was awesome. Another person in my party (verydemanding with the food by the way) said the chicken was excellent. The lady serving was very friendly. Be aware this is a smallbusiness, not super fancy but it?s a great opportunity to try delicious southern food. I think it?s a hidden gem.
