Terrible experience The staff was rude They tried to charge me double meat for a less than regular ampunt of meat The employees... dont know how to roll burritos properly The stores floors are dirty The place stunk like rotten meat and cheese The food wascold The gauc and other things looked rotten The rice was hard and old Honestly going to call corporate and speak with their DMcause they need to hire new people that have integrity and arent mean to customers This restaurant is being run into theground I hope the DM sees this If I was the owner or DM Everyone here would be fired This is a food safety hazard I am extremelydisappointed and will not be returning Read more
Burrito bowl was very good. Good food, good person. Ordering was a little awkward due to one employee serving and cashing out... several people at once and they looked super stressed. They did a good job handling everyone, but it shouldn't be all on oneperson to take care of all the customers. Read more
This moes is absolutely trash!!! I work at a Mexican Restaurant as a manager . I understand this isn?t Chueys or any high class Mexican restaurant but I believe... this store is a disgrace to Moes , yes you close soon , yes it?s 9:30 at night but when a worker is on the phone , wiping hernose and her mouth not paying attention to what customers are saying is a bit gross and annoying. Even looking at thecleanliness of the store broke 100 health violations and probably should be shut down . I don?t care if this is an FSU Moes ,have some decency when serving customers. This location is really sad & it looks like a management issue. Windows are tinted & lights are dim so the whole restaurant is... pretty dark. When you get in line there is a stack of applications for employment before you meet the employees that look likethey would rather be anywhere else. First time at Moe?s. I ordered Rice Bowl and Salad Bowl. The food was disgusting and inedible. It was very cold, soggy and... stale. Nothing was fresh. It was around 7 PM and the African-American server was very unwelcoming, unpleasant, unfriendly andseemed very unhappy to serve us. There was no line behind us and he was rushing us with the order. Couldn?t even ordereverything I wanted because he was slathering the foods too fast. It looked very unhygienic. Worst experience ever. I am stillin shock, I wish I could express what I feel in words. Update: ordered online.... big mistake. Everything in the order was wrong, items were not there that was included, and the... driver arrived over 10 minutes past delivery time (which is 40 minutes after you place the order). The homewrecker looks like ajoey junior and when returning the food for a refund we were told to wait for the manager the next day to "maybe" get a refund.Waste of time and money. Id rather throw it away than eat it at this point but it is paid for and who knows if we would get arefund. We go to moes often but will NEVER be going back again. Save yourself the trouble, I am in food service-i get it butthis is ridiculous and I would in huge trouble for this. I feel rushed when getting your food. The employees at this particular Moe?s are some of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in any sort of food... establishment. They would not except my reward which I specifically came there to use and then made me pay the 17 dollars for ahorribly made burrito. These employees need to be unemployed. Read more
