Probably the worst Moe?s I?ve ever been to. I will order ahead by almost an hour every time and my food is never ready when I... get there. They are always out of something. Read more
Went in an hour before they closed. An employee gave me the generic "Welcome to Moe's" line and then went to scrubbing caked on... food from the bar. Two other employees were talking to a guy who seemed to be a customer but walked out with no food. As he wasleaving they just stared at me and when one or them walked away, I walked out. Overall, one if the worst experiences I've had ina fast-casual establishment. Read more
The staff needs to be trained on how to greet customers. I walked in and observed a female behind the counter she never said... ?Welcome to Moe?s? or anything for that matter. I decided to say ?Hey, how are you?? She looked at me and continued to do whatshe was doing when I first entered the store without responding. I stood there for a minute with no acknowledgement beforedeciding to walk out and take my business elsewhere. Read more
Employees seemed depressed and/or miserable. Had ear buds in. Not one smile. You could tell they didn't want to be there. There... was no "WELCOME TO MOES!" vibe happening. The food was ok but not great. Taco bell is hotter and fresher tasting. For the fourof us, lunch cost at least double what taco bell would've cost. Would not return to this location. Read more

I used to love going to Moe's when I lived on the Southside of town. Now that I live on the east side, I have to go to the Moe's... on Mahan Dr, and each time over the last couple years has been increasingly disappointing. Every time I come in, the employeeslook incredibly stressed and/or unhappy. Today I arrived right at 5 pm, so you would think they would be prepared for a dinnercrowd. Nope. I wasn't greeted with the normal "Welcome to Moe's" which doesn't bother me too much, but in this case, I wasn'tgreeted at all. There were 3 people standing at the prep line. 2 completely ignore me, the other was a young man who lookedconfused, which judging by the rest of my experience, I would assume he's in training so he gets a pass. The young lady finallyfinished whatever she was doing and asked me what I wanted. She scraped at an empty bin of ground beef until she could almostfill my tacos with the old meat remnants that had been there since I would assume they opened for the day. I asked for a queso.Same thing. The young man scraped at an almost empty bin for a painfully long time before finally asking for a new pouch torefill it with. Then I ask for sour cream. The young man struggles to squirt a mostly empty bottle onto my tacos, tells me it'sempty, then is guided by another employee to one of the other of the three sitting right in front of him. I get to check out andof course it asks me for a tip, which I begrudgingly gave out of obligation. I had to wait a few extra minutes to get my quesowhich is fine since I wanted to make some salsa. There were 8 tiny salsa cups available, also low in stock. As for the salsa...almost empty (at least my flavor was). I scraped the salsa bin enough to fill 2 cups and had to ask for more. I get in the carand my chips are cold and stale. To top it off I paid over $21 for 1 meal and service that was far less than satisfactory. Themost I would ask is that you at least keep your food LOOKING fresh. Keep the bin filled and Read more
