First time here. Caroline was our waitress. She had to put up with me, so she automatically gets brownie points. It was my... wife's birthday, so to be honest, we were seeking a nice, elegant dinner experience with a nice ambience. We got that. Thebottle of red wine our waitress suggested was very good. Trust me, I would tell you if it wasn't. We had different meals andthey were quite good. So was the creme brulee dessert. As you might expect, the place is kinda pricey, but hey, almosteverything these days is, right? We had a nice experience here. Negatives? Hmm. Very nice place for a special dinner. Quality was fantastic. Seafood was fresh tenderloin was perfect and the desserts were... outstanding. Service was good but a bit on the slow side and portions were on the small side. Total for two with tip was about$140. The Cream Brule was one of the best I've had but tiny. Read more
I was in town for business and Mimi’s table has been a bucket place location for me since it opened. I enjoyed the whole menu... from a refreshing sangria, to flavor packed artichokes, a buttery salmon and even a sweet key lime pie to end. I can confidentlyrecommend this upscale cozy joint to anyone who finds themselves in this corner of the world with a belly to fill. Really impressive overall. An intimate space that feels romantic yet comfortable. My partner and I couldn't spend our... anniversary night out so we randomly chose last Tuesday after a long work day and decided on Mimi's table finally! In the futureI would get a reservation but we lucked out and only had to wait a bit at the bar even though I think it upset the wait staff...so again, might want to have a reservation... the food WAS DELICIOUS! We had the Crispy Artichokes and the Infused Olive oilwith Rosemary focaccia for starters, plenty of wine and beer (great selections), the salmon dish with added scallops and thebraised short ribs, and ended with espressos and tiramisu. I think the staff warmed up to us without a reservation and theservice and food was great. Not a daily occurrence for us but definitely recommend for a great dinner experience. Read more
One of the finer bistro experiences in Tallahassee. You'll definitely need a reservation but the atmosphere and staff make for a... wonderful experience. The menu is a good balance of fine dining and elevated comfort foods. I hat the lamb shank and it wascooked perfectly. The Frito Misto is some of the best I've ever eaten and the prices for seafood in general are reallyreasonable. It's the perfect place to celebrate those everyday little moments in which you really want to treat yourself! Read more
Excellent food and service. I had the Beef and Reef with added grilled shrimp. It came with potato au gratin and asparagus. As... an appetizer I had wild scallop. Everything tasted delicious. The desert creme Brule was the perfect finish. Their service wastop notch as well. I highly recommend this place. Read more
Cute little place with great service and food. We had a. Cheese plate appetizer and a complimentary palet starter of duck with... preserves. For dinner we had a short rib, past Bolognese, and seafood bowl and finished it all off with an apple tart. Graceour server was outstanding. Read more
