They pay the workers here too much. I know McDonalds has low standards but whatever they are paying the people here its just too... much. The lady behind the counter gave me a snack size ice cream that I didnt order. I told her I didn't order this and withoutany words or sorry she snatched it out of my hand and a minute later gave me a second a wrong drink. I only ordered two drinksso it was kind of a feat to mess up that bad. I walked out with one wrong, not even the size I paid for, and one correctdrink. Bealls and AB and T down the road are always hiring, if she really hates her job there are plenty of places in walkingdistance she could work at. Read more

Food was overcooked and the soda tasted nasty. Had to sit and wait forever for just a 6 piece nugget, like how long does it take... to get 6 nuggests together smh and then they were not fresh and overcooked! Staff seemed rude. Read more
Went there to pick up food for someone else through a 3rd party delivery partner. I received the delivery order and I drove... across town to pick it up. I had the order for at 15 mins before I got there. When I got there, the food hadn't even beenstarted. They weren't sure what a double cheeseburger was and they didn't know what was in the order. I had to tell them...onceI arrived. Terrible job. McDonalds is the worst fast food establishment in this city. EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BAD. I have never hada great experience in this town. EVER. There was no crowd so one would anticipate getting in and out quickly. However this proved to not be the case. Other than the... sandwich builder the crew seemed disinterested and disconnected. Long time to get order taken. The fellow that I'm calling thesandwich builder had my order ready very quickly but then my sandwich sat at the bagging area for over 5 minutes before it wasbagged and handed over. Read more

For real? They like to play this game here where they ring up items, let you pay for them, then pretend after they are out of... the food that they don't know how to refund you the money. Train your employees. Lying to customers shouldn't always be the easyway out for this place. Read more
