This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Manager does not know how to manage a store, or her employees. The employees... are unprofessional and lazy. I waited in the drive thru for fifteen minutes, before they forced me to come into the store topickup an online order for another person. I have ben to this particular store many times and have never had a good experience.Corporate office has refunded my meals a few times due to the lack of decent service. Absolutely horrible service and an incredibly rude worker who refused to correct my order after they got it wrong. Only 4 cars... in line and it took 20 minutes for them to take our order. She told me I had to pull back through the line to correct my order. All she had to do was switch our the medium Coke with a coffee. She argued about what I had ordered and then wanted me to waitanother 20 minutes??? Really??? Read more
20 minutes in the drive through. This is at 2:30pm !! This location is on Mahan drive So I parked and went inside a total of... four employees ( if one wishes to call them that ). No greetings or any form of acknowledgment. Waited another 15 minutes andstill nada. There was this one girl with raged hair no hair net or any gloves. 15 minutes are up and still waiting. Theyall walking about trying to look busy. Eventually I walked out Shame on Macdonald to allow such places to operate I willnever ever go back. Read more
This was actually one of the nicest McDonalds I've been to. It was/is updated with self ordering, order ahead via app, even... their cash registers were new/modern. Staff was friendly as well. My only problem was, it took awhile for our food and theywere not busy, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. If I visit again and service is quicker, I will change my review to 5stars. Read more
My mother and I took my 3yr old and 10yr old niece to this establishment..... BIG MISTAKE. When walked in we approached the... kiosk to order. All went well. We decided to pay at the counter instead of the kiosk so when we fished with ordering, we madeour way to the counter. We waited about 10 minutes for someone behind the counter to acknowledge us... no one would even makeeye contact even when they would call out orders to the lobby. She finally took our money (no hi, how's it going or nothing!)after she asked us why we were standing there. We got our mediocre meal and sat down. About 3 minutes later a family walks up tothe counter. They decided to not order at the kiosk...... 15 minutes later the male sounds somewhat loudly "hello, anyone gonnahelp us?" A young woman behind the counter immediately started yelling and cursing at the man and his wife. Then 3 people cameout from behind the counter and tried to fight the customer!!! Seriously?!? What the heck happened to customer service??!! After 10 minutes of the workers and customer arguing (no Manger ever came out) a young man that was waiting in his car from thewindow line came in to ask about his food and they all went off on that guy! Again with trying to fight. Yelling, F bombs! Mynieces were so scared they had and covered their ears! What in the world is going on? I will NEVER step foot into this placeever again. I have never seen or heard such rudeness and uncontrollable anger in a restaurant!! McDonald's used to be the placeto take kids, now they have to fear the place! For someone making $19hr (yes that is what they are hiring at now) you'd thinkyou'd get a friendly smile and good attitude...instead you get ignorance and disrespect. Order accuracy is comical if I have nothing to do. Can't tell you how much free food I've been given. Stopped correcting them.... Additionally, ask if the ice cream machine is working before you start your order. Saved me plenty of times! Read more
A very high quality McDonald's. The staff and service was exemplary food was delivered hot fresh and fast. And the employees... were very courteous and friendly and do their jobs without any issues at all. Everything is kept clean and neat and tidyincluding the bathrooms it's just a big plus. Read more
