This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Manager does not know how to manage a store, or her employees. The employees... are unprofessional and lazy. I waited in the drive thru for fifteen minutes, before they forced me to come into the store topickup an online order for another person. I have ben to this particular store many times and have never had a good experience.Corporate office has refunded my meals a few times due to the lack of decent service. Absolutely horrible service and an incredibly rude worker who refused to correct my order after they got it wrong. Only 4 cars... in line and it took 20 minutes for them to take our order. She told me I had to pull back through the line to correct my order. All she had to do was switch our the medium Coke with a coffee. 20 minutes in the drive through. This is at 2:30pm !! This location is on Mahan drive So I parked and went inside a total of... four employees ( if one wishes to call them that ). No greetings or any form of acknowledgment. Waited another 15 minutes andstill nada. There was this one girl with raged hair no hair net or any gloves. 15 minutes are up and still waiting. A very high quality McDonald's. The staff and service was exemplary food was delivered hot fresh and fast. And the employees... were very courteous and friendly and do their jobs without any issues at all. Everything is kept clean and neat and tidyincluding the bathrooms it's just a big plus. Read more
