I get off work at 11pm and I arrive at 11:10pm every night to this McDonald's is not taking orders. When clearly it says that... it closes at 12am and I can see people in there and all the lights are on. Either change your sign hours or get staff thatactually wants to work. Read more
The app was fine the people inside the McDonald's store made us wait for over 30mins for a mobile curbside order while other... patrons were able to come and go within 7mins. When we pulled into the curbside pickup lot the app told us a 5 minute wait andthat is NOT what transpired. So I had to walk inside after seeing another patron walk out, and my order was just waiting in theback. Now that I'm home and checking the order they also messed up and DID NOT give us our drinks or my triple cheeseburger.This is completely ubsurd that long wait and you still mess up the order?!!! I know it?s just a McDonald?s, but the staff here is consistently kind and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and the restaurant is... spotless. My orders are always correct. Best front staff, clean and what every other McDonald?s should emulate. Read more
I want to share how amazing Miss Melissa has been on every occasion I have been to this location. No matter how busy or empty... they are, Melissa is always hard at work. Multitasking is definitely one of her strong suits and she wears it proudly. Alwayspolite and courteous, with added delight to every order. You guys are very lucky to have such a hard working woman on your team.Be sure to keep her in your front pocket when you are looking to promote, because we need more people in the workforce with thisstrong ethic and mentality. About a week ago I was hungry for McDonald's french fries. I ordered a large one. It tasted old they weren't hot and crispy and... wonderful. Today I ordered two fish sandwiches. They were not very hot and it was like they've been cooked a long time ago andsitting around for a long time. I was surprised since the line was so long I thought things would have been pretty fresh sincethey were so busy. Very disappointing! Read more
I put in an order on the app to have a friend pick up because I'm really sick. My friend got there with the order confirmation... number and McDonald's said because my phone wasn't physically there they wouldn't fill the order. I tried to call in and explainthe situation but no one answers their published number. It just rings to a fax tone after a minute or so. Note: this order waspaid for in full already. If you're sick and need help getting food, either avoid having someone get your order or just go intothe store sick since they sound cool with someone contagious in their lobby. Read more
The service sucked. The people behind the counter would rather be doing anything else than helping you! They're back there... laughing and giggling while you're wondering where your order is. There was one person there who was serious and I believe thatwas the manager. And it seemed like she was having a hard time getting these people to do their job. Customer service is a thingof the past when it comes to McDonald's. I've complained a corporate a couple times and the most they can do is apologize andsend you some free coupons. I'm not interested in that I'm interested and not waiting for 20 minutes in line until they decideto do their job. Read more
