Terrible. My first experience was when they 1st opened and my pizza was drenched in oil. Unfortunate experience with this store last week, but hey, people make mistakes. We are only human. Our character is revealed... when we are given the opportunity to right a wrong. You either fix it or make it worse. After a very poor start and many calls,the manager reached out and I'm happy to say that after a game of 'one ups manship' and a mildly uncomfortable lecture from anold, grumpy know-it-all (me), he made it right. When 2 knuckleheads meet in a pitched battle of will, no one wins. Secondchances are the only reason I've made it this far and you never count a customer out, you can win anyone back with the rightattitude and some basic people skills. If you treat people with dignity and respect, and train your employees to deal with smallissues before they become large, ugly, public issues, they will forgive you and remain loyal. We ordered again tonight and theexperience was much better, not perfect, but it's trending in the right direction. As long as we are learning and gaining, weare on the right track. Read more

These guys are great. Ordered a large two topping pizza with grilled chicken, which was on a deal on their website and I loved... it. It's loaded with cheese. The pizza was not doughy at all and it was airy and was great. The grilled chicken on the pizza wasin generous portions and tasted awesome. The guys in the shop were awesome, too. The pizza was ready in less than 10 mins. Iwould definitely order again. The only gripe that I have is that you are not able to pay with cash when you order online, unlikeother pizza outlets. I hope they offer that option in the future. Read more

When you ask for well done/light sauce from pizza hut u get raw dough, uncooked cheese and a pint of sauce. These lil homies... actually have attention to detail. They even present the pie to you before you accept it to make sure it's correct. Brand newstore , hopefully they keep it up. Great manager. Read more
