I placed a pick up order for 3 dozen of the spooky donuts for my daughter to share with her class on her birthday. However after... driving 2 hours one way to pick up the order and another 2 hours home, I open the box and they look NOTHING like the pictures.They are sloppy made, there is 2 donuts in each box that does not belong,the spider donuts are missing the webs and the spidersand NONE of the sprinkles are halloween themed. I've always liked Krispy Kreme donuts until now. I went in to get my free regular birthday dozen and bought a dozen. They... charged me $1.00 for the free dozen and the 6 vanilla cream filled and the other 6 cream filled doughnuts did not have anyfilling in them at all. So I got ripped off by this store. I feel that they owe me a $1.00 and another dozen of cream filleddoughnuts. I could not just take them back since I live on the north side of Monticello almost in Georgia. Read more

The woman taking our order obviously didn't want to be there. My mother and I haven't been in a few years, it was a treat. And... the place was dead, we were in the drive through picking what we wanted and she was rushy and annoyed. When we got to the windowshe barely made eye contact and didnt smile even once. However the price was fair. Donuts are kinda dry. (I was starving so Iate one lol). I guess I'll stick with Dunkins for my donuts. ???? Read more
