I can?t believe after waiting in line for 10 minutes after ordering and watching employees play around, I was told I had to... wait another 9-10 minutes for a sandwich. Then to get home to see my fries only having a few. Looking in the bag thinking theyFelled in the bag but to be disappointed this was all I got. Both sandwiches was also wrong. Send nobody can follow directionsor just don?t care about a paying customer! Tried contacting the store and can?t even get through. I?m very disappointed andhighly upset. Read more

Not satisfied today. Order 2 pc meal original. The chicken was extremely dark and dry. Unable to eat.
Great service last night. I was given a free drink for a waiting in a long drive-thru line and associate completed order with a... big smile. Getting the order right was all that I wanted or expected but she exceeded that expectation. She may have had a longday like I did but it was a refreshing to see a smile at the end of that day !! Got here at 9:30 PM waited in line behind four cars, placed my order and was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes for original or... crispy chicken. keeping in mind they close in 30 minutes. I told him they might as well just close the doors so me and everyoneelse in line wouldn?t of had to wait for nothing. Pathetic, I think they just wanted to take off early. Read more
