The store needs more than just two employees working during peak times. The young men were nice. The young man on the register... didn't follow protocol with his gloves. The Tennessee street location is horrible the worst location In Tallahassee by far the staff is extremely lazy they purposely... run out of Parmesan bread by 8 every single night it never fails then sometimes they get even slicker they totally run out ofbread completely some times just so they can get a head start at cleaning the place up they ain trying to sell no fresh hot subsguy even told me one night he thinks it?s best if I just go to another Jersey Mikes I said WOW? Very strong experience the service was very good the food was very good. Everytime I eat at Jersey Mike's I am pleased. They... always seem to get it right. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the shop was very warm. I guess the heat was on andit must have been art high. I was just uncomfortable due to how warm it was inside. The service and the sandwich was perfect nocomplaints. I will continue to go back regardless of the airconditioning setting. Read more
I?ve always had great service at this location. I?ve been going for a couple of a years. Last night the two young gentleman... provided OUTSTANDING service. At first, one gentleman was on the phone carefully and professionally taking a catering orderwhile the other staff member started on one of my orders. Even though I was the only person in there, the gentleman taking thecatering order immediately jumped in to help make my second order and make sure I was very happy with it. Their subs are Amazing... always fresh and delicious. However, I recently ordered online and arrived to pick-up the order at... the time given. Even though their subs are kind of messy, they are quite delicious.
