My partner had been craving cookies for a while and we wanted to try someplace new. There were about five or six people behind... the counter standing around and talking, with one woman at the registers. I asked for a sample of the coffee flavored ice creamand the woman at the register had to ask if she was allowed to give me a sample, I assume she was a new hire. It tasted good andshe was very polite! We got home and my partner ate one cookie that night a few hours after purchasing and didn't really gocrazy for it. However, a few nights later he found the other cookie in the back of the fridge, and after reheating, lovesit!! So, long story short, eat your cookies warm! Either immediately after purchasing, or reheating on your own time! Theydefinitely retain quality sealed in a ziplock in the fridge, and microwaving for a few seconds bring the flavor back tolife.
