This conveniently located sub shop has a good variety of hot and cold subs. While our experience at this location has been hit... and miss, the food is always delicious. The food was great as it always is but the manager or assistant manager seemed a bit rude in my opinion. She wasn't being like... that to me but to another employee that seemed to be new or newer. And i feel and think that is a little unprofessionalespecialy when tou have customers present. Read more

Today which is June 3, 2022. I came and ate at my usual fire house subs on West Tennessee across from FSU. Not the fire house... sub on Capital Circle That I wrote this for you about the first time couple months ago. The experiences from the two locations is like night and day difference, I mean that. Today was so refreshing to come in here and eat with Jo the lady that runs it andall her staff and even the new hires so polite. At this location they?re so on top of things. The store so clean,,,,, it?s just everything! I will literally drive all the way across town just to eat here when I go to Fire House for lunch! And all myfellow employees will do the same I bet. Worst customer service ever. This is the SECOND TIME IN A WEEK I?ve came to this restaurant and it?s the SECOND TIME IN A WEEK... they?ve messed up my order while giving attitude because THEY made it incorrectly. Alongside the talk of getting drunk while infront of customers, their poor ability to pay attention to detail causes them to create orders incorrectly. Thennnn they triedto reuse the same meat from the incorrect sandwiches, mind you one of these was supposed to be PLAIN? they give it back to mewith ranch and lettuce they ATTEMPTED to wipe off and pass off as fresh dropped meat. So aggravated with this establishment.Seems like there?s always a problem with this place. Great staff, great food. A friend and I went to this location last night and it was very busy. There were only 3 people working... and about 8 people waiting for their food when we arrived as more and more people came in and ordered. There were at least 2food delivery service drivers waiting for orders and it took about 20 minutes after ordering for us to get our food. I couldsense that people were frustrated, but what I paid attention to was the demeanor of the staff. They were FANTASTIC. They workedwell as a team, and none of them showed any signs of being overwhelmed or intimidated by all the customers glares, although theyshould have been. They were understaffed for a Saturday night, especially for a home basketball game night right up thestreet. The guy behind the counter was interrupted from what he was trying to do repeatedly by food delivery drivers waltzingin and expecting their food immediately, yet he kindly and calmly informed them of the status of their orders while continuingto work on orders for those waiting in the store. The young lady working hard to complete so many orders at once made a pointto look up at every customer when their food was ready and apologize for the wait, whether she handed them their food or not. Iwas not thrilled about waiting that long for a sub, but the experience was made better by the staff who I could tell were doingtheir best and had a great attitude under the less-than-ideal circumstances.
