Don't know how this place has 4 stars, just went during their "slow hours" and still had a long wait. Got to the window and was... told was out of almond milk , even though we had already ordered. Guy working there was very unsanitary, used the same glovestouching everything else to grab donuts, with no napkin at all or napkins in the bag. Both workers looked confused and annoyedto be working. As owner of DODB Auto Detailing, we know how important it is to have great customer service. This Dunkin is hands down the BEST... in Tallahassee Florida. The order taker, Natalie, is the epitome of customer service excellence. Then to be met at the window toanother cashier who also give us above and beyond service... I didnt catch her name buut she was a young African American womanwith glasses and a vibrant smile. Overall, Our experience was 100/10 and we will be regulars for any and every of our coffeeneeds. First time dining in this Dunkin location! I usually like English egg muffin's I ordered two! But unfortunately the bread was... very tough and they burnt it little bet, it wasn't tasting good.. I?ve been coming to this Dunkin for 5 years, my sister worked here as well as my best friend, she used to be a team lead here. I... was told this was a medium in a large cup. This is clearly a small or not a full medium. When I asked about I was lied to anddisrespected. As well I did not get my full refund because of the lies. I was told two different prices. This particular femalewanted to adjust the price after she made the mistake and she charged me extra to compensate her mistake. A few cents won?t hurtsomeone but it?s the disrespect I can?t tolerate. Arguably the worst Dunkin in Tallahassee. The shift leader with short hair is the definition of what customer service should not... be. To yell at a customer when their order is incorrect is not what customer service is. Overall, avoid this Dunkin if you wantto be treated with respect. I also suggest that Dunkin should do something about this woman as somebody that disrespectfulshould not be in anytime of leadership or management position. Read more
