If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This has got to be the worst Dunkin I?ve been to. I usually go to the Dunkin on... Tennessee but i was closer to the North Monroe location. Big mistake. I get my usual Mocha Frozen Coffee. I paid and the ladyworking the cash register gave me the wrong change twice. As they give me my drink it looks extremely dark. I take a sip and itjust tastes like they put chocolate in a blender with Skim milk and handed it to me. I ask if they could remake it politely andthat?s when they gave me attitude. I hear them talking about me and when I said excuse me they close the window. They told methe mangers name but I forgot it. Please do something with your crew. Read more

Very disappointed with the GENERAL MANAGER Tiffany, something that was advertised in black and white for 1.86 rang up 1.99.... Although only 13 cents, she refused to reduce the amount. I put said item back. In addition, this is apparently a COFFEE CAKEmuffin???This is a creme filled donut, not even a teaspoon of creme. Read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. My family and I have been to many Dunkin? locations, but this is by far the worst. The... customer service of the woman taking our order in the drive thru was absolutely, unforgivably atrocious. I?ve never felt sorushed or rudely treated when we were simply trying to order coffee. She kept interrupting our order to say she was on a timerand needed us to move along (despite the fact at it was 5:45 am and there was only one car behind us), so we didn?t feelcomfortable even getting what we came through for. She didn?t add near enough sweetener or oat milk to my drink, even though wepaid extra. And perhaps worst of all, she glared at my mom for pausing a moment to look for my sister?s phone in the drive thruline.
