Not every day deserves a 5 star rating. But today the lady (wish I got her name) that took my order (pumpkin spice iced latte no... ice add caramel) was super sweet. So many times I have ordered an iced something with no ice and get rude comments, but not her.She made a point to say that sounds good and when I got it and tasted it she made sure it was good. Everyone seemed to be socheerful today and it made a difference in my world. Thanks ladies! Read more

Place was completely dead they made me pull up front while my order was being made and said they would bring it out. I sat up... front for 10 minutes only to walk in and she make it right then and hand me my food. Read more
Lacuera at Dunkin on 300 tennessee store 354829 took my order today. I just did a massive relocation and my 5 year old... grandaughter was sprung on me to help. We are so tired. This morning she was like NaNa I need breakfast. I literally went in mynightgown and slippers to the drivethrough. I was so tired. At the speaker I said I cannot read the menu I am so tired can Itell you what I want. She said sure. I said I want a large cup of coffee mild. I want the cup to be half coffee half steamedmilk. I do not know what you call that. And put about half a truck load of sugar in it please. She said it sounds like you wanta lahta and made me an excellent cup of coffee and saved my life. Nobody wants to deal with your attitude problem first thing in the morning. Also you should probably learn how to pronounce... espresso if you work at a coffee shop. Maybe you should "express" yourself better and serve better espresso. ???? Read more
Got breakfast from Dunkin early in the morning. It is safe to say that the staff was not prepared for the order I gave them. I... have never waited so long to receive an order before. I believe I waited about 35 minutes in the drive through for the staff toget everything ready. It was really obnoxious. The food was good but the drinks were filled with an excessive amount of ice. I came inside to the staff too busy chatting with each other. I thought it might be a staff meeting but the other Guy standing... in there waiting as well said no they have been just gossiping while He had tried to get their attention. No one was in drivethru and only couple of tables had customers. I had to jump up n down waving for them to possibly want to provide Us withcustomer service as we stood st the register. Finally, as someone took notice, said oh don't stand at the register to order, godown to the pick up and the drive thru staff will take your order, like what? As one staff was getting ready to leave withmerchandise tucked under her arms and another leaving to tend to who knows what. The other staff wondering behind the counterstill chatting. At least 5 to 6 Staff with no business going on couldn't make efforts to provide either myself or the Guy anyservice. Ridiculous!! Pretty unprofessional especially with possibly the Manager right there entertaining the shenanigans. Read more
