Went through the drive-through on a recent road trip. We were VERY impressed with the service - the gal taking our order was so... pleasant and friendly, likewise the food runner. We got chicken salads and they were absolutely delicious - I ate mine withoutdressing because the chicken was so juicy and tasty. It was my first and probably my last visit. It had good reviews and we were traveling through Tallahassee on our way home so we... pulled in. The had just serviced a bus load of students and it ended up taking 30 minutes to get our "fast food". Others gottheir food, came and went. After 15 minutes I went to check on our sandwich and onion rings and my spouse's milk shake. They hadlost the order or gave our food to someone else. How does that happen when you have a numbered tent card?? In any case another15 minutes passed before we finally got our food. The manager was flustered and not very contrite. Easy access wlth plenty of parking. The dining area is very clean and spacious, it has a design more like a sit-down... restaurant... Food was hot and very fresh and the service was excellent! Pretty cool restaurant... Good design... HighlyRecommended Read more
Ya know, it's known as a hamburger place, people That said, it was well-staffed, clean and efficient. Also, the hamburgers are... not as pricey as 5 guys. In full disclosure, I'm not sure I'm the best person for a review. I don't eat that many hamburgers.I'm more of a seafood and steak guy. I would return here though. Read more
This place is amazing. Very nice greeting when you come in the door followed by a large selection of burgers, chicken, seafood,... and salads. And if that's not enough take a good look at the array of frozen custard desserts and milkshakes. We tried thisplace because it's my birthday and I wanted to try somewhere new. I was very pleased. The manager is from Chicago and I'm notgood with names but he was very attentive and welcoming. Please give this place a try and I promise you won't be disappointed!! Read more
This is my third visit to Culver?s. The first time was a long wait but well worth it. The second visit a couple of months ago I... ordered the Cod sandwich. The sandwich didn?t have lettuce, tartar sauce, nor any cheese on it! Today, I tried it again. TheCod sandwich didn?t have any lettuce, tartar sauce, or cheese again!! I tried to jazz it up with ketchup but that made it worse!They could?ve said if the condiments are extra!! And to top it off whatever kind of bread they used ?. Oh my goodness! I'm so glad I went to this restaurant! The staff, food and the cleanliness is outstanding!! I've had almost... everything on the menu, it's all great!
